Ascentcare Dental Products Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping within the United States

  • Orders are shipped within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) using USPS Priority Mail Service.

  • USPS Priority Mail Service's delivery standard is 2-3 days.

  • Your shipping charge is calculated by total order weight and ranges from $15-$25.

    • The shipping charge for total order weight of 0.5kg or less is $15​

    • The shipping charge for total order weight of 0.5kg to 1.5kg is $18

    • The shipping charge for total order weight of 1.5kg to 3kg is $22

    • The shipping charge for total order weight of 3 kg or more is $25

  • Shipping weight and charges are calculated at checkout.​

  • An email with tracking information will be sent to you when your order is shipped.​

  • Orders with a total sale amount of $500 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

Standard Shipping outside of the United States

  • Orders are shipped within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) using UPS Worldwide Expedited Service.

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited delivery standard varies by location.

  • Your shipping charge is calculated by total order weight and ranges from $60-$150.

    • The shipping charge for total order weight of 0.5kg or less is $60

    • The shipping charge for total order weight of 0.5kg to 1.5kg is $80

    • The shipping charge for total order weight of 1.5kg to 2kg is $100

    • ​The shipping charge for total order weight of 2kg to 3kg is $125

    • The shipping charge for total order weight of 3 kg or more is $150

  • Shipping weight and charges are calculated at checkout.​

  • Duties and Taxes will be billed to the receiver upon delivery.
